Single room in quiet cat friendly house.

Main room with large mirrored wardrobe

Single very bright room overlooking the setting sun for a friendly cat lover in a clean quiet house with own kitchenette. This room is best suited for a student, but I would consider other lovely people of course.
You will have to like cats because sometimes, I may need you to be able to look after my cat called FIfi for a few days, with food, opening and closing cat flap and sometimes cleaning her tray. I pay separately for this.
The room has use of a dedicated kitchen with microwave, electric kettle and gas hob. The bathroom is shared with me. There is use of a washing machine twice a week in my own kitchen, and unlimited broadband access.
Although there is no shared lounge - I am happy for anybody to chat to and relax with a coffee or a glass of wine!
I do have another spare room for my friends when they come. If you have friends and relatives that want to come and see where you live or stay with you, if the room is free (ir is most of the time), they can rent it on a daily basis.

The house has parking at a cost to Haringey council,. The closest train 7mins walk) is Bruce Grove Overground to Liverpool Street,. Nearest tube is Seven Sisters (Victoria Line), or Tottenham Hale on the Victoria, with easy access to Stratford and Stansted.
The W4 bus from Wood Green or Turnpike Lane Tube (Piccadilly Line), stops outside the house if you don't fancy walking home late at night, and continues to Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale and Ferry Lane.
The Aldi on the High Road is great and there is a very good Pizzeria Restaurant (San Marco) in front of Bruce Grove train, run by Italians. Spurs Stadium is close by, so on event days the High Road is heaving with revelers or football fans.
Max and Min stays are negotiable. Btw, my age surprises me, so please don't judge me on that ! :-)
