Looking to rent out my lovely, new 1-bedroom apartment with balcony for a 7-week period (49 nights) from 28 October to 16 December 2018.
Situated within a couple of minutes' walk from Tottenham Hale station (Underground, Rail & Bus) - just 15 minutes ride from Central London! All bills are included! Total price is £250 per week for a single occupant (or £300 per week for a couple) and bills include Sky TV, Internet, Council Tax, all service charges, Heating, Water, Electricity, etc.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a king-sized, luxury memory foam mattress, but also has a comfy, pull-out sofa-bed in the living room for guests. It also comes with Sky TV and Broadband, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all the brand new mod cons you need. It also has a balcony which overlooks a shared communal garden.
The complex (Hale Village) has its own Tesco minimarket, 24-hour Gym and park for the children. Opposite the station, there is also a large retail park which includes Lidl, Asda Living, Boots, Greggs, Argos, Wilko, B&Q, Costa Coffee and plenty more shops and restaurants. There is also a lovely pub called Ferry Boat Inn just a few minutes' walk away.
There is a direct Victoria underground line to London's West End (Oxford Circus) which only takes 15 minutes. The Stansted Express also stops at the station and takes around 30 minutes to Stansted Airport, where you can find cheap flights to destinations all over Europe.
