Large double room in Tottenham

We have a large double room in our house in Tottenham that we are looking to rent to a friendly and easy-going person. There are two bathrooms, a sunny and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area and a large garden. There are 2 spare rooms, one is currently used as a little workshop.

The bills come to about £95 a month in total and include: electricity, gas, TV licence, broadband, council tax and water.

The flatmates like to hang out on occasion and you'll often find one or two housemates cooking or chatting in the lounge, but there are also times when the house is very quiet. The garden is great - during the summer there is a picnic bench and BBQ. There is space to grow vegetables if that's your thing.

For when things open up: the house is 2 minutes from Northumberland Park Rail Station and opposite the bus depot, which provide easy access to Tottenham Hale (3 minutes on the train or a 15 minute walk!) and Seven Sisters on the Victoria line. The Lea Valley marshes are also a 5 minute walk away, these lead to Clapton and the new Walthamstowe Wetlands centre. There are also a couple of cute little riverside cafes on the way. The high road and White Hart Lane Station are a 10 minute walk away and a 5 minute bus ride to Tottenham Hale retail park, Beavertown Brewery, Stronghold (climbing wall), old and new bars and pubs, Five Miles, Beehive, T chances etc.

A large Sainsburys, a large Tesco and Ikea are also in walking distance.
