Bright double room in newly refurbished house 🐶

Hey, I'm looking for a friendly, clean and considerate housemate to rent the double room(s) in my recently refurbished house.
The house has had lots of updates, including brand-new carpets, new windows and new curtains, making it feel fresh, bright and cosy. The double bedroom is spacious, with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers if needed, so you can move straight in.
A little about me – I'm easy-going, respectful and enjoy a peaceful home. I also have a lovely, friendly Cockapoo called Mable, so you'll need to be happy living with a dog. She's well-behaved, affectionate and always enjoys saying hello!
I'm looking for someone who is tidy, reliable and treats the house like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. It would suit a professional who appreciates a calm, relaxed environment.
