Double room in a friendly house Stroud Green Road

We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly house share. It will be available at the end of July/early August.

The room is a decent sized double room, with a desk, large built in wardrobes and access to a separate work space downstairs.

Downstairs is a bright lounge with a TV, sofa and double sofa bed along with a separate dining room, kitchen (with a dishwasher and washing machine), bathroom with bath/shower and a small conservatory.

The house has private front and back gardens (which are great for eating outside in summer) and is on a nice quiet road, with friendly neighbours and good transport links. It's 5 mins walk to Crouch Hill overground and 20 to Archway and Finsbury park tube or Upper Holloway overground. It's also 2 minutes from some of the main bus routes into and out of the centre.

You'll be moving in with the two current housemates (both women, 28 and 26). We're easy going, friendly and quite social so would prefer a flatmate that would be happy to hang out and watch tv with us
