Looking for 1 flatmate ASAP to move into a 2 bed, 1 bath ground floor flat in Finsbury Park, a close walk away from Crouch End, Archway, Tufnell Park, as well as the Parkland Walk(!!).

Walking distance from Victoria, Piccadilly, Northern tube lines and Overground, and lots of bus options. Coffeeshop/bakery and pharmacy next door, several grocery stores nearby (including a big Tesco less than 10min), and a couple asian grocery store a short walk away.

Recently renovated, with new oven installed in last year. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, full-size fridge, electric hob; bathroom has towel heater and full bath/shower.

Double room originally unfurnished except for the bed and mattress, but happy to negotiate price to keep some of my furniture pieces (such as the desk/chair, shelf, shoe rack). Huge closet with full-length mirror doors!! Black-out curtains with the bed away from the street so you can get a nice night's sleep.

Looking for a tidy flatmate, preferably a young professional (female prefered) in mid-late twenties. Current tenant is a 26 year old french woman working in sports, loves cooking, and is very active.
