Hello!
We have a double room available in a 3-bed house around Holloway / Finsbury Park area.
The room:
Furnished with a wardrobe, a desk of drawers and a double bed. It is the smallest out of the three rooms in the house, and that’s reflected in paying less rent. The room would be available from the 25th of July, when we move into the property too.
The house:
Living room, balcony, garden, washing/dryer, dining table, one bathroom.
Around a 20mins walk to Archway (northern), Upper Holloway (overground) and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly and Victoria).
The roommates:
Luca (24) and Hassan (26) both working as secondary school teachers, so our schedules revolve around typical school hours.
We both like to socialise as well as having our own space. Main interests are sports and music. Looking for a relaxed, good-natured house!
