This is a lovely house in a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the northern line and some great green spaces nearby like Waterlow Park, Hampstead Heath and Highgate Woods.

The house is very spacious with a garden, roof terrace, 2 toilets, basement area for bike storage and a nice homely living room/kitchen area, and there is plenty of storage around including a dedicated utility room. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. l and more fridges than you could possibly ever need!

The last room available is a double sized unfurnished.

We are composed of 3 guys who are English, German and Kiwi and 1 girl who is American so another girl to round things out would be great, we all get on very well and like to do occasional social things but also have our own lives too and respect each others space.

We are looking for someone to take over the room ASAP, it is possible you will need to sublet for a couple months before taking it over officially so ideally you'd be ok with that but we can discuss if you're keen!
