The Room
A big, bright double room with a large window.
Semi-furnished with king bed.
Works well for a couple or one person (rent is for the room, so cheaper for couples).
Move-in can be from the 18th of August, rent starts 11th but if move in is before that can be agreed with current housemate.

Lovely big garden for summer dinner and drinks.
Bike storage cupboard by back door.
Washing machine, tumble dryer.
There are 2 showers and 2 toilets.  

The House and us
We’re a social house, who occasionally out together but also enjoy nights in after work. I have a 4 month old kitten called Pea, pets are very welcome as long as they will get along with her.
There is currently 2 of us, me (Alice) and Hen; we are both 25. Big mix of wholesome hobbies and going out to have a little dance or host a party every so often. Both of us work in the office (I’m a primary school teacher, Hen works in a gallery,, so the house is suitable for WFH.
Looking for someone who sounds like they would fit into the house dynamic, mid-twenties-ish, clean, friendly, and sociable.

Location
The house is in a calm area with loads of pubs, charity shops, and nice walks like the parkland walk or Alexander palace nearby.
15 min walk to Finsbury Park Station
3 min walk to Crouch Hill Overground
