My two lovely flatmates are sadly moving out of our 3-bed home in Finsbury Park, so I’m looking for two girls to take their rooms and move in with me from 15th June!
- Rent (TBC but this is our current rate): £830 (room 1 & 2)
- Bills: ~£110
- Deposit (TBC): £750
- Tenancy: will be rolling following new renting laws!

The flat:
🚇Great location between Finsbury Park (~12 min walk to station) and Crouch End. There are so many cute cafes, pubs and restaurants in the area and we're blessed with a range of nearby parks/green spaces! Also plenty of supermarkets to choose from - Lidl, big Tesco, Sainsbury's.
Both bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes, and room 2 comes with a desk.
The flat has a large living room within dining table and private, sunny back garden.
A bit about me:
I’m Morgan, I’m 24 currently working in CRM 🧸. I am very active and love running, Pilates/group classes, and walking to explore coffee shops! I’m really keen to live with people I can be friends with - I love a movie night, a pub quiz, or a cute dinner evening (I also LOVE a good hobby) 🫶.
