I have a large double room available for lease takeover in a fantastic 3 bed flat. It's a brilliant North London location and a friendly, chilled home. The road is a very quiet residential road full of families and with Tarn bakery on the corner.

The room itself is a generous double with a sofa within the room, and has stunning views of the Shard and St Paul's. It's bright with two big windows, comfortable and I've loved living here. The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room and 2 bathrooms (one wet room shower, toilet, sink and another with a bath/shower, toilet and sink) so it's generous for three.

Archway tube (Northern line) is an easy walk (<15 minutes), and Finsbury Park is around 25 minutes on foot. The flat sits near the Parkland Walk, which is great for walks or runs. Crouch End high street is under 10 minutes away, and Highgate village and Waterlow Park are around 15.

You'd be sharing with two 26-year-old female professionals. One of them will be staying and the other will move out end of August and replace her lease. They are both very close friends and a delight to live with - laid back but tidy.

It's available to move in from 25th July. Can move in later but rent would start from 10th August at the latest.

Rent is £1025/month excluding bills. Deposit of £1193. May also be a charge for change of name on tenancy agreement.
