Double room with LOADS of storage in Archway

Double room available for sublet (2-3 months), from around August-October whilst we go travelling.

The rent is £1150 for a single person, or £1300 for a couple which includes all bills and household necessities (toilet paper, kitchen roll, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cleaning supplies etc.)

Deposit is 1 months rent.

The room itself is a decent size and because it has so much storage it’s honestly insane (perfect for a couple with loads of stuff!) The window looks West so you get the afternoon sun which is nice. Lots of shelves, cupboards and hanger space.

The house is a very large, 3-storey, end-of-terrace house, with a basement and garden patio. The kitchen is huge, with a large island in the middle and 5 gas hobs for cooking.
There’s an oven, microwave, kettle, blender, George Foreman, air fryer, slow cookers, popcorn machine, ice machine, water filter, dishwasher and washing machine etc.
house is fully equipped with bowls, plates, cutlery, and everything you might possibly need to do all the cooking and baking your heart desires.

There’s the main bathroom which has a shower and a jazzuzi-style bath + toilet, and a spare toilet/sink downstairs.

The lounge area has a table, large sofa, HUGE tv, and the recent addition of an electric keyboard.

The house is kinda of in between the centres of Archway and Crouch End, about a 5 min walk to the bus stops and 10 min walk to Northern line and Overground line. We have our local corner shop right next door which actually has some decent things, plus a Turkish restaurant and fast food places for pizza & chips etc.

Everyone is really friendly in the house so we are looking for someone who will make use of the space and be social. This is honestly such an amazing house - very rare to find houses with so much space in Ldn!
