North London Rooms to Rent

Room in Archway.
We are a diverse group of 13 people (and a cat) living in an HMO shared household, with ages ranged between late 20s to early 70s, various nationalities, professions and backgrounds.
The rent (plus expenses) is around £600/650 monthly, (but that is agreed with the housing association, so we cannot really give you a number). The council tax plus gas/heating is paid separately and currently is £50p/m. Rooms are single, each with a wash hand basin. The housing association will provide a freshly decorated bedroom with a new single bed if you require it. There is a lot of communal space, including a beautiful garden. The house is not adapted for people with mobility difficulties.
We have a cleaning rota that has to be followed by all tenants. House meetings are held bimonthly to discuss house matters.
We are looking for a respectful individual who cleans after themselves, follows the cleaning rota, is able to actively communicate with their co-tenants and contribute positively to the running of the house.
