Two beds available in cosy Finsbury Park flat

Sadly, my current housemates are moving on to new adventures, leaving me to fill two rooms in this cosy, friendly flat.

The flat has a shared kitchen, living room, a bathroom and toilet, as well as a utility room and all the mod cons.

Bills (gas, water, wifi, council tax, tv licence) come to around £120-140 pp month. We also get a cleaner in fortnightly, which comes to about £30 a month

Bedroom 1 - £730 pcm. This room comes furnished with a bed, and wardrobe. The departing housemate is open to selling the desk by the bed.

Bedroom 2 - £700 pcm. The room will have a double bed and will be repainted from the current dark colour to a neutral one. Clothes rack also comes with the room.

You'll be living with Marian (me), a 38 year old journalist. I wfh two days a week, in the office the rest of the time. I'm pretty chill and friendly, and I'd like to keep the same vibes with the flat. While friends are welcome, this ain't a party house. I'm looking for people who are friendly, tidy, considerate and who are up for a pub trip every now and again or sharing a cuppa over a tv show.

Rooms are available from 1 January, but there is leeway to move in earlier, if needed.
