Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to take over my place on the lease agreement in my large open room in Dartmouth Park starting asap as I am moving to Australia.

The nearest tube is Archway and there are regular buses 24/7 that can take you anywhere super central ,easily and quickly.

Its a nice open lovely bedroom on the second floor of a three storey house, sharing with three full-time working lovely girls.

We rent directly of the owner hence why the rent is such a good price for such a nice and central area. She is very attentive to any requests we have.

The bathroom is modern, clean and open with natural light and the kitchen although on the smaller side is clean and has a gas oven.

The whole house is respectful of everyone else, friendly and accommodating so would love to find someone similar.

We've created a nice little home where everyone gets along so we would love to find someone one is also looking for something similar.

It is 600 + bills

Dates can be flexible if need be.
