The flat: Shared with me (the owner) and one other student. Kitchen, shared bathroom, washing machine and garden.
Communal areas are cleaned every week; housemates keep their own room and shared spaces tidy day to day.
Bills: Broadband, council tax and administration included.
Gas, electricity and water shared.
Location: A very safe, quiet area with shops, supermarkets, cafés, gyms and parks nearby.
Buses 102, H3, 143, 234, 263 and 603, plus 24-hour night buses.
Hampstead Heath, Kenwood House and Highgate Cemetery are on your doorstep, and central London is a short ride away.
