Hi - Please only apply if you are seeking a room approx 4 nights a week and also note that there are 2 cats here.

The flat is in a great location close to both East Finchley and Highgate, approx 30 from central London, and within walking distance of green spaces like Highgate Woods and Kenwood. Being on the ground floor, there's direct access to a patio area and large communal gardens. You'd also have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Bills included. The bathroom is shared but have no fear - I'm not a bathroom hogger:)

I live and work largely at home, enjoy conversation and speak English, French and Spanish. For wifi I currently tether my laptop from my phone's hotspot which works really well so if you're happy to tether from your phone too you won't miss broadband. I'm largely veggie/ fishertarian so prefer not a lot of meat to be cooked here, especially of the fast food type. Feel free to contact and we can start with a phone call and then visit. Short term lets ok as long as a regular lodger isn't yet here.
