A beautiful, spacious and bright loft double room with its own private en-suite shower room, available in a friendly and relaxed family home in Winchmore Hill (N21).

The room is at the top of the house and offers a lovely sense of privacy – ideal for a professional looking for a comfortable home-from-home during the working week.

The room includes a double bed, large built-in wardrobes, sofa, TV, desk/dining area, microwave and kettle, with lovely open views across the gardens. Wi-Fi and bills are included, with use of the kitchen and shared areas of the house.

I live here with my teenage daughter, along with our friendly dog and cat, so you would need to be comfortable with pets.

I’m ideally looking for a female professional requiring Monday–Friday or part-week accommodation. Single occupancy only. As this is our family home, I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful, tidy and considerate. No visitors or overnight guests, please.

This would particularly suit someone who works in London during the week but has their main home elsewhere, or someone who regularly needs a peaceful London base for work.
