This whole house share has just undergone a full refurbishment. There are 2 separate brand new kitchens. You will be sharing one of the well equipped kitchens with just 2 other first floor rooms. The second kitchen is for the use of the 2 ground floor bedrooms.

There is a communal lounge and a sunny garden. All the bills are included in the rent, however, there is a fair use policy on gas and electricity. If abused (eg: sun beds, electrical heaters, electric blankets to name but a few..), the rental value will increase accordingly.
