Double room in quiet house N22

Hi,
A quiet single room with double bed, facing the back garden will be available to rent at the end May. And it's getting a fresh new carpet! You will be sharing with 2 males (English and Algerian)! and 2 females (Brazilian and myself from Romania) all lovely, respectful, tiddy and chilled, and my 2 cats Bella and Max who are also very chilled and love being in the garden. We have a well equipped large kitchen, 2 toilets , one on each floor, one bathroom with bathtub and a large garden with barbeque, dumbells, weights and yoga mats if you are into workout outdoors. The house has a large attic of you need to store some things. We are close to a few local parks and shops, and Picadilly Line a 10 min walk, nearest station is Turnpike Lane and bus stop right across the road . Alexandra Palace with gorgeous views over the city and events is also a few bus stops away.
The rent is is £180/week, all bills included, except cleaning and maintanace which is another £30 paid with every 4 weeks in advance along with rent ( £750 in total).
We also ask for a deposit of £500, two months notice before moving out and a minumum stay of 9 months.
