Double room in quiet house N22

Hi,

We are renting a single room that has just been renovated, fresh paint, new carpet, in a quiet multinational house (UK, Romania, Brazil, Canada & Algeria) close to a few local parks and shops, and Picadilly Line a 10 min walk. The room is available from mid March.

There are 3 males and 2 female currently living here, and looking for another female to keep the balance. We also share the house and garden with 2 lovely cats Bella and her son Max who love the outdoor when it's not raining. We are all very chilled and respectful and keep the place tidy.
No living room unfortunately but we have a spacious kitchen and a large garden, 2 toilets on one bathroom.
Everyone works or studies different hours/shifts so the house never feels busy.
The rent is £180/week, all bills included, except cleaning and maintanace which is another £30 paid with every 4 weeks in advance along with rent ( £750).
We also ask for a deposit of £500, one month notice before moving out and a minumum stay of 9 months.
