(Women Only) Room available in Wood Green

We’re looking for a new housemate to fill a room in our home from end of Feb!

The room is a small double, located on the ground floor and is south-facing, so it’s quite private and gets a decent amount of natural light ☀️ It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, plus there’s extra storage space outside the room that you’re more than welcome to use. You’ll also have a bathroom right next door (shower + toilet) that you’ll mostly have to yourself (as there is another bathroom with a toilet + bath tub upstairs).

The house is a spacious, fairly modern 4-bed, with a small garden. Just a 10-minute walk to Wood Green & Bounds Green tubes, Alexandra Palace station (rail), and loads of bus routes nearby 🚇🚌

Upstairs there’s a big kitchen and living area, plus a small balcony overlooking the street.

You’ll be living with myself and two other girls, working professionals, in our mid-20s. We’re super chill and sociable — lots of evenings spent watching TV, with occasional nights out together
