Helllooooo! Sadly I'm moving out of this gorgeous house after over 4 years due to relocating for work, so we're looking for someone new to join this lovely home!

The house sits right on the edge of Finsbury Park, perfectly connected with two tube stations (Victoria & Piccadilly lines), Overground and National Rail links, plus several bus routes along Green Lanes towards Stoke Newington. Manor House station is just 7 minutes on foot. It's ideal if you're after greenery, great pubs, and a quiet, well-connected neighbourhood.

The House:
A spacious, character-filled 4-bedroom home with a bright living room, large basement kitchen, a main bathroom with bath, an upstairs shower room, and a gorgeous garden — perfect for BBQs. There's also a shared office space, great for working from home. And just so you know, the house is getting a brand new upstairs shower room and fresh carpets very soon!

Your Room:
A cosy double with direct garden access, fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror.

The Housemates:
You'll be joining three friendly people — two Aussies and one English — working across industries from recruitment to marketing. They enjoy a peaceful home during the week but love to socialise when the time is right — whether that's a relaxed house dinner, chilling in the garden, or heading out to one of the many great local pubs. There's no shortage of good ones nearby! Respectful of space and downtime too, and the neighbours are lovely as well.

The Area:
Sainsbury's, Aldi and Superdrug are all nearby, plus the amazing Turkish shops and restaurants along Green Lanes right on your doorstep. Finsbury Park itself is just around the corner — brilliant for walks, runs and weekend vibes.

About You:
Mid-20s to mid-30s, clean, sociable but respectful of shared space. Bonus points if you're up for the occasional pub outing!

Rent: £875 pcm + bills (~£150/month)
Deposit is 5 weeks rent
