Fixed short-term stay in London N4 🌳

Hi! I have a short term let available in my place between 17-24 August (with a couple of days flexibility each side for the right person).

The flat is in a quiet North London estate (Zone 2, Hackney) with great transport links, a spacious living room, and a small balcony. It includes all bills and full use of the kitchen and shared living room. It’s a two bed flat with just me living there, so you’d also have the place to yourself for the days I’m away.

I’ll be away for a few days that week and so if you’re also comfortable feeding my friendly, affectionate cat during that time then I’m happy to offer a discounted rate from what’s listed on the ad.

The room is a bright, comfortable double with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and computer monitor - ideal for a relaxed base while visiting or working in London. Bedding and towels provided.

My flat is in an amazing location, 2 minutes from Manor House tube station, Finsbury Park on your doorstep and lots of green space, a swimming lake, climbing centre, loads of good food options and cinema within walking distance. Excellent transport links with buses, tube and overground. 20 minutes door to door to central London and within easy reach of East London.

About me: originally from London, and currently work as a programme manager at a charity. In my free time, I love music, swimming, food, film, travelling and being outdoors. I'm lefty and LGBTQ+ friendly :)


The room would suit someone who is visiting London for a short time or in between flats. Hopefully goes without saying, but it wouldn’t be suitable for anyone who doesn’t like cats or is allergic.
