I have a lovely en-suite room available anytime from the 18th of May in a bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom flat in Manor House. It’s located in a quiet residential building with stunning lake views.

The Manor House Tube station is just a 7-minute walk away and the Stamford Hill overground station is a 12 minute walk, so the transport links are great. The flat is close to Clissold Park and all the pubs and restaurants on Church Street. You’ve also got Finsbury Park on your door step, so the location is great.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

The flat includes:
* A cleaner twice a month
* Access to pool, sauna, and gym
* All bills included in the rent (£1,230/month)
* Deposit is around £1,200

You’ll be sharing with Nazanin (an architect) and Ashleigh (who works in MedTech). They’re both tidy, respectful, and active. They work partly from home and partly from the office, and would ideally want someone with a similar hybrid work setup.

I’m moving in with friends, so the girls are ideally looking for a professional woman in her late 20s or early 30s, who is clean, easygoing, and looking for a friendly home.
