A spacious room is available to sublet in a vibrant , creative warehouse community in North London.
The room is a large upstairs space with a skylight, a king-size bed, sofa, desk, two guitars, and two fans that keep it nice and cool during the summer.
The house is a welcoming, queer-friendly home shared with 19 lovely housemates. It's a sociable but relaxed environment, with people working across a mix of creative and non-creative professions.
We also have one very handsome wizard cat called Ezekiel (though everyone calls him Zikh). The warehouse has plenty of generous shared spaces, including two kitchens, a pool table, piano, projector, a hot-desking area for creative projects, and the beautiful "George Michael" deckinggggg. There are also desks available if you need to work from home.
Transport links are great: it's around a 15-minute walk to Manor House or Seven Sisters stations, and about 20 minutes to Stamford Hill Overground. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and other amenities nearby.
As part of the wider "gated" warehouse community, you'll also have access to a friendly creative neighbourhood. We recently built a stage, so there are often fun events, performances, and gatherings happening.
Accessibility information: There is one step down to enter the main property. Then access to the room is via one flight of stairs. There are four bathrooms on the ground floor. There is one flight of stairs to the bedroom. There is no lift or intercom.
