**TWO ROOMS - COUPLES WELCOME**
Hi! We’ve got two rooms coming up in our wonderful north London warehouse.
COUPLES ROOM £995 a month available from 26th Sept.
SINGLE ROOM £820 a month available from 1st Oct.
Rent includes bills + communal house kitty for cleaning products etc.
The space includes a large living area with double height ceilings, desk space for those who need to work from home, a massive kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate laundry room. All rooms have large skylights, there’s room for bikes, a communal balcony and we can sort a parking space if needed. We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks.
You’ll be sharing the space with 6 amazing people including a music producer, lighting technician, sports producer and film/tv publicist.
We're fairly quiet during the week as we're not a 'party' warehouse but we all love getting together for house dinners, film nights or drinks on the weekend and would love to find someone who wants to join our little family!
Message me with a little bit about yourself and we'll be organising viewings from this week for you to be able to see the space and meet everyone.
