I am (PhD) student subletting my room for the above mentioned period. The room is quite large and is fully furnished. Closets and other spaces will be made available.

The room sits on a 5-room, 4 bathroom house. Roomates are all nice and easygoing, who prioritize clean spaces and fun hangs.

The room shares one full bathroom with one person more. There is another bathroom at the ground floor which can be used by anyone. The house has a washing/drying machine and a dishwasher.

House chores are divided and made on a weekly basis.

The room (and house) has central heating, which is turned on for intervals during the cold season. There’s also a heating fan at the room which can be used on very cold days.

The house is 3 min walking from Clissold Park, 8-10 min from Manor House Station and 15 min from Finsbury Park.

Monthly rent is 970£ + services (~115 month).
Tariffs (including deposit) are negotiable for convenient-period stays!
