*Sun–Wed* lodger wanted, Art-Deco park view flat

I have a bedroom with a small-double bed, and a view of Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Church available to rent to a lodger from Sunday night to Wednesday morning only.

During this time you will normally have EXCLUSIVE USE of the flat, as I live with my partner in South London on those days. Times of arrival and departure negotiable, approx. 4pm Sunday–11am Wednesday preferred.

The flat is in on the second (top) floor of a beautiful 1930s Art Deco building. It is directly opposite Clissold Park, 1 minute from Sainsbury's supermarket, and approx. a 15 min walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line), or a short bus ride to Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line).

You will have access to the living room, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony, and you will normally have all these to yourself as I am very seldom home Sunday–Wednesday. I have a 6 year old child and a dog, but they are not there on the rental days either.

I would prefer a professional individual, who will enjoy the flat and take care of it. The room would ideally suit someone who works in London Monday-Wednesday. Smoking OK on the balcony but not indoors. I will make sure you have space to store things in the kitchen and bedroom.

I am a 38-year-old female university lecturer and writer. I've lived in London for 16 years, and in Stoke Newington for 6 years. I love the area and I'm looking forward to sharing my home with the right person.

The room will occasionally be used as a guest room during the days not included in the lodger agreement. My room and my daughter's room are on the other side of the flat.
