Flat to rent short-term on corner of Clissold Park

I am going away for two months (Jan and Feb 2026) and renting out my flat on the corner of Clissold Park. It would be perfect for an individual or couple, as it has a lovely big main bedroom, and the second bedroom currently functions as an office / exercise / meditation space.

Technically in Highbury, but right on the border of Stoke Newington, this is a really green, peaceful, interesting neighbourhood to live in. It’s on the 7th floor, with gorgeous long views out to the city.

There is a shared living room with lots of light and quite a new (smallish) kitchen. I have set up a projector in the living room for watching things.

The flat is pretty nice, though I'm doing it up slowly, and some things still look a little tired (such as the bathroom). There’s a dishwasher, new big fridge, a washer dryer, good internet and a new boiler.

The main bedroom has lots of storage, with a big chest of drawers, drawers under the bed, bookshelves and a fitted wardrobe. I will be leaving some of my things, but there's still lots of room. There is also a small desk in the room.

I'm really keen to find someone that would enjoy this space and take care of my home while I'm away.
