Spacious double room in lovely 2 bed flat Highgate

I’m looking for a nice friendly long term flat mate.
I live in a 2 bad flat currently with a friend who’s sadly moving home.
With bills around £1074
It is a ten minute walk from East Finchley northern line station and slightly more in the other direction for Highgate, there is also a bus stop just outside for 263, 143, 234, 603, n20 and n263.
I work in mental health Monday to Friday and I’m in office everyday, so the standing desk and chair in the lounge are free to use for anyone who works from home (I also have a walking pad).
I spend most weekday evenings in, occasionally having friends over for dinner but never late. In the weekends I often have a few friends round for drinks and a film, no pressure to join in but always welcome.
I’ve used the original photos for the rest of the flat as it just the living room that has changed. I also have some spare bedroom furniture if needed and there is a small loft space in my room that you’d be welcome to use.
