Looking for ONE female roommate to join our all female household. We have a bright house that holds four spacious double rooms on 2 floors.
We have wooden and tiled floors. We have one bathroom and another separate toilet.
The girls look after the house as if their own. Therefore we are looking for someone who is also looking for more than just a room.

Rent £950 per month

Plus bills - £45 per month each girl

Bills included - water- council tax and WIFI

Bills not included- Electric, Gas, TV license
(£45 per month per flatmate)

The house is situated equidistant (13 min walk) from Tufnell Park (Northern Line) and Holloway Tube (Piccadilly Line) and Caledonian Road stations. There are also excellent bus and overland services in the area.
