Large double room to rent: 6 months max

I'm looking for a housemate to share my modern, but homely 2-storey flat in Finsbury park with me. I have a cat called Rodney, he’s very friendly ( see photo). The room is available for 6 months maximum, and 1 month minimum stay. Room available Monday- Friday.

The room on offer is a large double, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit, lamp, chair (desk can be provided). The room includes a private bathroom with bath and shower ( across the hall). It offers lots of natural light from its two sky-lights. Room will be painted before move in date.

Downstairs, the flat has a large open-plan kitchen/dining room and living room with two comfy sofas and a smart-TV for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, kettle and a microwave, and also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The flat is located on a small private mews between Finsbury Park and Hornsey road, and is very close to lots of transport links - just a 6 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station. The flat is split over the 1st floor and 2nd floor of the building, which is a converted 19th century whisky bottle warehouse and is very secure, with gate and door to access the building, and no access to any of the flat's windows from the street. It is centrally heated, with Hive, but is well insulated and stays warm throughout the year.

The rent includes gas, electricity, water and broadband and council tax. Parking is possible through application through the council for local resident permit.
