Two Rooms in Finsbury Park

Hi, we’re Sophie and Lauren and we have 2 double rooms available in our 4 bed house in Finsbury Park!

We’re looking for 2 professional women (aged 25-30) to join our house, as one of our housemates is moving in with her partner 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 and the other is moving back to Australia 🇦🇺💔.

The rooms are available from the 16th June.
The larger room is £800 and the smaller room is £725 per month, and bills usually come to around £130.
Both rooms come fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk.

The house has a kitchen and lovely shared living space where you can always find someone up for a chat. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, and we have a separate utility room with a washer and dryer.
We also have a garden which is great for sitting outside in the summer.

Our landlords are great and will quickly send Mark round to fix anything.

The house is less than a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station (Victoria, Piccadilly and National Rail) and plenty of bus links to all parts of London. We are a short walk away from every supermarket you could possibly need. There also many pubs, coffee shops and some lovely restaurants.

We’re two 27 year old girls who’ve lived together for the past 4 years. We’re friendly and sociable, and enjoy watching tv together or going for drinks.

Lauren: Works in a comms role for the NHS. When she isn’t training for the next half-marathon, she can be found on a dancefloor somewhere or camped out on the sofa waiting for gossip.

Sophie: Works as a data analyst in the civil service. She enjoys knitting, the theatre and pilates.

We are LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly.
