Room in N7 (flat in Tufnell Park)

I am subletting my room in Tufnell Park (N7) from *30th August to 19th September* because I'm starting a work/study placement abroad before my tenancy ends.
It could be ideal if you're starting a new job or a course and just need somewhere for a couple of weeks while you househunt.

The room is in a 4-bedroom flat in the Bakersfield estate.
It's the *second* bedroom shown in the video (on the left at the bottom of the first set of stairs). Send me a message if you think it could be a good fit for you. We can have a call after that. My biggest priority is to sublet to someone who will respect the flat and the flatmates. If I think you are a good fit then I might have a bit of room for negotiation on the rent.

The closest tube stations are Tufnell Park (northern line) and Holloway Road and Caledonian Road (Picadilly line). About 5min walk to the Chambers Road bus stop.
The total commute (walking plus tube, or walking plus bus) is about 25min into central london (Euston).

The other flatmates are housetrained young professionals/ recent graduates, with interests including software and writing electronic music. We coexist comfortably but also have our own lives and don't get in each other's way.

I have lived here for nearly 3 years. The flat is in Bakersfield Estate which is gated. It is about 2km from Hamstead Heath which is great if you like outdoors activities (e. g. running, walking or swimming). The flat has good facilities: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. There are two showers and two toilets.

About me... I am a final-year PhD student doing research into geometry for computer graphics. I'm a maths nerd but I'm alright.

I'll clean the room and leave it nice and empty except all the furniture. I just ask that you also leave it clean and empty for me when you leave, so that I won't get in any trouble with the agent.
