Large room in North London

We’re looking for someone to fill my room in our wonderful warm and modern apartment.

Only reason I’m moving out is because I’m moving in with my partner.

The apartment building has 24/7 reception/security and is less than a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station or 20-25 minutes walk to Highbury & Islington station.

The room is really spacious with a king bed, desk, clothes rack plus drawers and there’s still space for yoga or home workouts. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms - the other room has an ensuite - so the main bathroom is all yours.

You’d be living with one Kiwi in her early 30s. She’s a marketing professional that works hard (from home two days a week) and in her spare time enjoys Pilates, going for coffee and socialising. Looking for a likeminded boy or girl to take over the rest of the lease (until mid October).

Rent is £1200 pcm + bills (roughly £200-£250).

Listing the room as furnished as I am looking to sell the furniture (for a very reasonable price) to whoever takes over the lease.
