We’re looking for someone to join our lovely three‑bed flat as one of our flatmates is moving in with her partner.

- 5 min walk to two Piccadilly line stations (1 stop from King's Cross)
- 15 min walk to the Victoria line
- Surrounded by good pubs
- Five major supermarkets within a short walk (Waitrose, Lidl, Iceland, Morrisons, Aldi)
- 10 min walk to the nearest gym
- Quiet residential street despite being so central

- Split over two floors (we’re the top of three flats)
- Great relationship with the neighbours below
- Separate kitchen and a good‑sized lounge
- Balcony and a large shared garden - perfect in the summer
- The available room is furnished, but you can bring bits to make it your own

👋 About Us
You’ll be living with two guys (29 & 30) who split time between the office and WFH. The vibe at home is relaxed and sociable - we often spend time in the lounge in the evenings, both big sports fans and have every TV subscription going. Enjoy going to the pub for a few drinks some evenings. It’s a home, not just a place to sleep.
