I’m looking for two mature flatmates to share my lovely flat.

It’s a very bright flat with 4 bedrooms and living area so plenty of space.

I’m an artist and l will be putting the flat for sale . It won’t probably take less than 4 -6 months so until then I would like to share with two flatmates who might be looking for a home while they are here but that understand the situation for which l can not guaranty how long the stay might be ( but most possible not under 6 months) l will give a proper notice for moving out as l will also need time to move out once l have a sale confirmed.

Summer short let’s welcome from 1 month stay

£1,175 pcm iminimum 3-month stay) deposit £800 plus bills fixed £125pcm
Short stays under 3 months: £1375 pcm dep £500 plus bills fixed 125£pcm

One person per room.
Couples welcome but will need to get both rooms
