Looking for a flatmate to sublet the second bedroom in my flat until October (with flexibility for a shorter stay if needed).

The room can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. The flat has a shared living room with a small balcony, a separate kitchen, and one bathroom.

There’s also a large wardrobe/storage space in the hall available for the tenant to use.

I’m very relaxed about the shared spaces — happy for you to make the living room your own, add furniture/decor, or rearrange things to feel comfortable and at home.

The flat would suit someone clean, respectful, and easygoing. Flexible move-in dates can be discussed.
