Bedroom in Finsbury Park (3 bed property)

Hello!!
I am looking for someone to take over a tenancy in my flat in Finsbury Park! The bedroom is about 300cm x 200cm and fits a double bed and a small desk/bookcase etc. There is a spacious built in wardrobe for your clothes and other belongings.
Plenty of communal storage as well as a shelf in the fridge each, a drawer in the freezer each, 2 kitchen cupboards each, and a shelf in the bathroom for soap/skin care each.
There is a spacious kitchen and lounge with a sofa, dining table, TV, and record player!
We have a balcony with a table and chairs as well as lots of plants (mainly a mini herb garden at the moment).
We also have a cat so please only show interest if you are fine with that!! She doesn’t like other cats unfortunately.
Bills (water, gas, electricity, wifi, and council tax) will be under £100 a month.
The flat is in a nice residential area, a quick walk to lots of supermarkets, and a 5-10 minute walk from Finsbury Park station!!
