DEPOSIT only £30.00 non-refundable for the key to the property.
Agreement form to be signed plus TWO months’ rent to be paid on the day of taking up occupancy of the Room. Thereafter, the rent to be paid MONTHLY. The occupancy is initially for 3 months.
Gas Safety Certificate in place.

FACILITIES: Kitchen, Dining Room, Washing machine and Dryer, Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Access to the garden for leisure is available for all the Room occupants NO SMOKING/NO PETS.
The above ROOM price includes: WIFI/Broadband, Computer, printing, the LICENSOR will provide all bed sheets, duvet, bath towels hair Dryer in the room.
The LICENSOR will also wash and dry YOUR bed linen and towels. YOU wash your own clothes and dry them.
All Bills are paid by the LICENSOR the above price is inclusive of all bills: Wifi/Broadband, Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet, bed linen, bath Towels, Hair Dryer, laundering of bed linen.
As a ROOM occupant you DO NOT pay any bills only the monthly Licence fee of £1050.00 per month for the Room.
The Kitchen and Bathroom MUST be kept clean after each use.
BUSES: 29 to Camden High St. Trafalgar Sq.
253 to Euston Station, Camden High St. 91, 259 buses to Kings X, Trafalgar Sq
above buses also travel to Wood Green shopping centre, 31 to Westfield Shopping Centre,
Licence/Rent is £1050 per month. There are NO AGENCY FEES.
The price includes the LICENSOR paying all the bills, washing your bed linen when required.

PLEASE NOTE: if you want to take up occupancy of the room. You MUST keep the bathroom and the toilet clean after you have used it; you are to wash up and put away any dishes, cups, or knives, forks, spoons, pans that you use. You are to clean up any mess that you make when using the cooker. There are other occupants in the home who use the kitchen, bathroom and clean up any mess that they make.
