Double Room Available in Camden Houseshare

Hello! We have a double room available in our much-loved 4-bed home in N7. It’s a bright cozy room on the top floor (so little to no noise), with large windows. Ready to move into anytime between the 3rd-16th of October.

You’ll be living with Jack, Johannes and Marnie, all in our early 30s and working across creative and professional industries. Some of us WFH (hybrid), so we’re ideally looking for someone with a similar 9–5ish routine (probably not the best setup for night shifts or hospitality hours).

We’re a friendly, sociable, rather eccentric bunch where everyone gets along and genuinely enjoys each other’s company, whether that’s getting together for a gig, grabbing drinks, or just lounging around with food and a film. It’s a good balance of shared fun and personal downtime.

Also important: we're mostly fruity 🌈, so the house is proudly queer-friendly and inclusive and we're looking for a housemate that aligns with that.

About the Room🛏️
- A light-filled double room to make it your own. Comes fully furnished with:
- Bed
- Desk
- Wardrobe (Outside of room)
- Set of drawers
- Shelves

🏡 The house has:
- 1 full bathroom with a toilet
- A separate second toilet (no queues!)
- A shared lounge for hanging out
- A kitchen with all the usual bits

The essentials:
- £700 per month (+ bills roughly £150+)
- Available from 3rd October
