I'm looking for someone to share this beautiful 2-bedroom, newly refurbished unfurnished flat with me

**About the flat
The flat is set on two levels, has lots of natural light and comes with basic amenities (cooker, washing machine, fridge-freezer). It has a large living room downstairs, an under-stair storage cupboard, and 1 bathroom upstairs with a toilet and bath/shower. The available room is a small double with a built in wardrobe and storage cupboard. There is also a communal terrace accessible to all tenants of the building. Bills come to around £150 each, including council tax (Islington Band C)

**Transport and local amenities
The flat is served by several buses within a 2-4min walk, and it is a 10-minute walk via main roads from Finsbury Park station. There are several supermarkets within a 5-10min walk, including Morrisons, Lidl, Iceland and Waitrose. There are also many local coffee shops/cafes, parks, restaurants etc.

**About me
I'm a 29yo doctor working in a hospital in North London. I'm also an active member of my church, serving on the Worship Team and previously leading a Bible Study group. When I'm not at work or Church, I spend a lot of my time training or coaching in my sport, Olympic Weightlifting, which I compete in to a high level. But I also enjoy cooking, baking and watching EastEnders. I occasionally play my violin and piano when I find some time, but I'm also trying to get back into reading, which I used to do a lot

**About you
I'd love to live with someone in a similar life stage (post-grad study or working), who wants to keep the communal spaces clean, possibly involving a cleaning rota, and who enjoys chatting but is equally happy to keep to themselves. I'd also prefer a Christian female who's faith is a priority in their life and who is part of a Church community. The living room is a good size to host friends over every now and again
