Double Room w/Bathroom Available in Kentish Town

After almost 1.5 years I am sadly moving out of my flat in Kentish Town to move in with a friend. I am looking for someone to take over my room.

Furnished double room with your own bathroom.
Rent: £1,350/month
Bills: Around £160 including council tax, gas, electricity, water, wifi.
Furniture Included - bed frame, wardrobe, drawers.

Location:
- 10-15-minute walk to Kentish Town or Tufnell Park station (depending how fast you walk)
- 2-minute walk to the closest bus stop
- Sainsbury, ALDI, and local shops all available in Kentish Town

Move-in
Will be available from October 25 – November 1. I am currently moving out around these dates, so am a bit flexible on the move-out.

You will be living with 1 other roommate, female, 30, and works in tech. Really enjoyed living with her, she likes working out, swimming, movies, and music. You will definitely have a friend to come home to.

The flat is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom. All new appliances in the kitchen, with amazing sunlight. There is also a back garden for all tenants of the flat which you can use for BBQs, bike storage, and casual hang outs.

About you. Ideally, you’re:
- 25 or older, female preffered.
- Tidy and respectful of space. Someone who will treat this like a home.
- Hybrid working schedule.
