Double room in Finsbury Park

Hey guys, got a lovely cosy double room available in Finsbury Park for move in 14th November! 3bed flat on the edge of the Andover Estate, 10 minutes walk to both stations Finsbury Park station and Upper Holloway.

Living with Annie (28) and Lydia (30), although Lydia will be moving in February to her own place, so there’ll be another new tenant in Spring and you guys can have a brand new vibe together! ✨

Rent is due 17th of the month and is currently £820 as it’s the smallest room. There’ll be a January increase our landlady has given us notice for, to £860 (£2725 total, we can share the break down over message).

Bills including Wifi: £128.60 each month (council tax is £58.66 each).

Flat holds the heat well during the day and is 2nd floor of a block with lovely neighbours, including lots of friendly cats!

Lydia works from home most days either in her room or the living room depending on if anyone else is home. Annie is studying an MA and also working part time so her schedule is a bit less predictable.

5 minutes walk to Sisters Rd shops (greengrocers, restaurants, post office, Superdrug etc)
Lots of buses to get you into places like King’s Cross or Tottenham Court Road
10 minutes walk to the Nags Head shopping centre and Holloway Road (Waitrose, Morrisons, Boots, Lidl, Iceland, Selby’s department store)

10 minutes walk to Stroud Green road with loads of lovely independent restaurants and shops.
