Cosy Double Room Available for Short Let | 4th Nov

I’m looking for someone to take over my room from 4th November until 6th December.

The room is quite small but cosy and comfortable, with a small double bed and a wardrobe/storage area. The wardrobe will be completely cleared before you move in, so you’ll have space for your belongings.

The rent is £635 for the whole stay, with bills coming to approximately £20 for electricity and £20 for gas, so around £675 in total. Wi-Fi is included.

You’ll have access to a shared kitchen with everything you need for everyday cooking, as well as your own small fridge in the kitchen. The freezer is shared, and there’s also a shared bathroom with a shower.

There are currently 4 other flatmates (2 girls and 2 guys), but one of the guys will be travelling for most of November, so for the majority of your stay there will only be 3 others around. Everyone is friendly, easygoing and has their own routine. The girls both work and the other guy works night shifts, so the house generally has a relaxed atmosphere and everyone respects each other’s space.

The location is also super convenient! Finsbury Park station is only a 10-minute walk away, with access to the Victoria and Piccadilly lines, Thameslink and National Rail, making it really easy to get around London. There are also several bus stops nearby with connections towards Camden Town and Central London.

You’ll find pretty much everything you need within walking distance, including Tesco, Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose, Iceland, local fruit and veg markets, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants and plenty of takeaway options. The nearest shops are around a 5-minute walk away.

I’ve personally always felt safe and comfortable living in the area, which has been a big plus for me.

The room is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. It’s ideal for someone looking for a convenient and affordable temporary place in London.
