Lovely Bright Room Available on Holloway Road (N7) £950 pcm
I’m sadly leaving this lovely home to move in with my partner, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our gorgeous three bedroom, 2 bathroom flat.
Bright, lovely room behind a security gate so feels super secure.
Amazing location, only a 10 minute walk from Holloway Road, Finsbury Park and Tufnell Park stations with multiple bus routes right on our doorstep. Close to plenty of gyms, shops, cafés and everything you need.
Rent: £950 per month
Deposit:£1100
Bills: Approximately £100 per month
Ideal date: 2 November, but we can be flexible by a couple of weeks either side.
You’ll be living with Derlva and Carl, both in their late twenties and working professionals. They’re generally busy during the week, with a couple of wfh days and are usually around at weekends.
If you’re interested or would like to know more, drop me a message! 😊
