This room is painted in white, with real wood flooring and furniture ( double bed with comfy mattress, 3 wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk). One of the walls is made of sliding glass overlooking big private patio- for your use only:)
Whenever sun is out you will have it in this room. Amazing feature for sunbathing, "al fresco" dining ;) or just chilling with a book.

Flat is simple, yet cosy and clean: large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, fridge- freezer and washing machine. Separate fridge in the kitchen just for your use :)
There are 2 bathrooms in the flat: upstairs bathroom with bathtub/ shower and toilet, downstairs loo with hand basin to share only with 2 people. Unfortunately there is no separate living room, but open plan kitchen with dining area and sofa.
We keep this place clean ourselves on a rotation basis.

Current flatmates are easy going, polite, considerate working professionals, who are out for most of days. They are mature and know how to respect others privacy.

Flat is located in a sought after area with amazing transport links to all London areas. Just a few min walk to buses and Caledonian tube station- Piccadilly line. Close to shops (Co-op, Sainsbury, Tesco, Waitrose), gyms, cinema, parks. Award winning Caravan roastery coffee shop 2min away- you can literally pop in in your pijamas;) Walking distance to Camden and cool Kings Cross Granary Square hosting events every weekend. Easy access to beautiful Hampstead Heath for nature fix.

Upon successful agreement and exchange of contract we will need security deposit of £900 and another £900 the day you move in for a month upfront.

Price is £900 per month and includes: council tax, water, internet. The gas and electricity bills to be shared with other flatmates, around £ 30-40 per person a month.
