2 Double Rooms - N8 - July

Hello!! I have two rooms available in a three bed flat.

CONTEXT

I have one of them, and my two current flatmates are sadly abandoning to move in with a partner and go back to uni respectively, and I’m looking for a couple of people to take their room. Ideally, I’d love some housemates that are pretty clean and a good laugh. It’d be great to find people that want to be mates rather than just see it as a place to sleep.

One of the rooms is huge and has an en-suite, hence the higher rent. The other is a similar size to mine and shares a bathroom with me.

The living room and kitchen is brilliant, as you can hopefully see from the pictures, and I’ve got a video I can share on WhatsApp too if you’re interested.

The house is also brilliant connected and is a 5 minute walk to Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly Line) or a 10 minute walk to Hornsey (real train into Moorgate). Both are 2 stops from Finsbury Park too for other real trains and the Victoria Line. That makes it about 20 minutes to Kings Cross and half an hour into Moorgate.

ABOUT ME

I’m 24, and have lived here since last year. I love cooking, going on very long walks, and exploring new parts of London with my camera. I work in the City and am in the office most days, and generally around the flat outside of that.

RENT/BILLS

The rent is £3000 in total and we’ve split that £1100/£950/950 so far, with the en-suite paying £1100. I’d be open to a small change to that, but nothing major given how much bigger that room is and the en-suite.

Bills haven’t been more than £150/month so far and I expect will be slightly lower as the weather gets warmer. Everything is already set up, so it’d be ready for you to move straight in.
