I'm looking for a rockstar housemate for 6+ months to share my new apartment with which is available now.

The apartment
Luxury double room for rent in a modern, bright two bedroom apartment in the prestigious Alexander Gate development in north London. The apartment is very spacious with two double bedrooms, a large bathroom, spacious living room that opens out onto a balcony with lovely views of the city and fully-equipped kitchen/diner. It's south facing and located on the sixth floor with epic views of the city/canary wharf in the distance. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped with all mod cons.
It's in a secure development that is beautifully landscaped, with a cafe onsite, co-op supermarket, secure bike storage and communal garden space.

The room
Fully furnished room with a brand new bed and mattress, chest of drawers, two bedside units & lamps, open wardrobe, book shelf, floor lamp and full length mirror. There's room for you to bring a desk if required, and the best bit - you have an epic view of the city right from your bedroom window.

Transport links
The apartment is in such a great location where you have access to four different stations. It's a 10 min walk to Wood Green or Turnpike Lane tube stations (Piccadilly Line) or Alexandra Palace or Hornsey stations (national rail) where you can get trains direct into Kings Cross St. Pancras or Moorgate as well as out towards Cambridge and Peterborough etc.

The local area
The apartment is smack bang in the middle of some of the best north London neighbourhoods where you get a mix of boujee leafy neighbourhoods and diverse communities.
Alexandra Palace & Park is 10 mins away which has stunning green space, hosts lots of live gigs and events throughout the year, an ice rink, theatre, garden centre, cafes, boating lake and London's best farmers market every Sunday (it's epic!).
Crouch End and Muswell Hill are nearby, (considered the Chelsea of north London haha) which offer a leafy village vibe, lots of fantastic restaurants, wine bars, pubs, cute shops, florists, and bakeries.
Hornsey has some great pubs, namely The Great Railway Tavern - known as one of north London's best pubs and the high street has lot's of cafes and delis.
Wood Green shopping centre is a few minutes away and has everything you need for essential shopping, cinemas, beauty treatments, gyms and the best Turkish food.

Costs
The total monthly cost includes all bills, a cleaner to clean the communal areas every two weeks and communal cleaning and house supplies.

About you
I'm looking for a professional and cultured single female who is mature, tidy, and very clean. Ideally you're friendly, easy going and respectful. You enjoy coming back to a lovely home opposed to a crash pad. You don't mind the odd wine or dinner together and you're someone who has their own thing going on. The room would suit someone that doesn't have too much stuff as there is limited storage in the apartment and someone that doesn't work from home all the time.

About me
I'm a strong north London gal working in advertising and media and have a busy life. It's important to me that the space is kept clean and anxiety free. It's a home that's super chilled, and cosy - definitely not a party house.
I love cooking, hosting dinner parties, movie nights, keeping fit, travel, music festivals and art exhibitions.
