Large double bedroom with ensuite in homely flat

Hi, I'm Marcus. Me and my golden retriever Leap are looking for someone to join us in our flat in the new Alexandra Gate complex in N8.

The building itself is only three years old so everything is pretty much brand new and the community here is genuinely amazing. It stays super-warm in winter and, unlike so many London flats, doesn't have a damp problem (imagine that!). There is a large shared living room/kitchen area with dishwasher, big fridge/freezer, induction hobs etc. We have a nice balcony that catches the sun perfectly in the afternoon. The bedroom is a large double room with ensuite and huge custom-built wardobes.

I'm a musician (but don't make much noise in the flat) and so my schedule can vary but I tend to be at home quite a bit. I have a few guitar students who come to the flat for lessons so people will be coming and going ocassionally.

As mentioned above I have a two-year old golden retriever called Leap so you'll need to be a dog lover. She gets excited when people come home but is generally very lazy and enjoys just chilling with people. Could be great for someone who would like the company of a dog but can't own one of their own at the moment.

We have a fairly quiet existence here and so are looking for someone relaxed and happy to chill, chat, watch TV etc. We're of course not opposed to people coming round, stopping over etc., but not too keen on rowdy late night parties!

All bills including council tax and super-fast broadband included. Open to couples - we can discuss how we could split the rent if that's the case.
Also open to people putting their own stamp on the communcal areas if you've got art you'd like to put up, furniture you want to bring etc.
